Description

A fun, no bake St. Patrick’s Day snack mix that’s sweet, crunchy, and a little salty. Perfect for kids’ parties, classroom treats, or casual holiday snacking.

Ingredients
  • 3 cups Chex cereal (about 90 g, rice or corn, plain works best)
  • 1 cup pretzel sticks (about 40 g, roughly broken)
  • 1 1/2 cups Lucky Charms cereal (about 70 g)
  • 2/3 cup green M&M’s (about 110 g)
  • 1/2 cup Lucky Charms marshmallows (about 25 g, picked out from the box)
  • 8 oz white chocolate almond bark (225 g, chopped, or white chocolate chips)
Instructions
  1. 1
Add the white chocolate to a large microwave safe bowl and heat for 1 minute. Stir, then continue heating in 20 second bursts until smooth and fully melted.
  2. 2
In a separate large bowl, add the Chex cereal, pretzels, Lucky Charms cereal, and about half of the M&M’s. Give it a quick toss to mix everything up.
  3. 3
Pour the melted chocolate over the cereal mixture and gently stir until everything looks evenly coated and glossy.
  4. 4
Spread the mixture out onto a parchment lined baking sheet in a single, even layer.
  5. 5
Sprinkle the remaining M&M’s and the marshmallows over the top while the chocolate is still soft.
  6. 6
Let it sit at room temperature for about 1 hour, or until the chocolate is set. Break into pieces and serve.
