A fun, no bake St. Patrick’s Day snack mix that’s sweet, crunchy, and a little salty. Perfect for kids’ parties, classroom treats, or casual holiday snacking.
Ingredients
3cups Chex cereal (about 90 g, rice or corn, plain works best)
1cup pretzel sticks (about 40 g, roughly broken)
1 1/2cups Lucky Charms cereal (about 70 g)
2/3cup green M&M’s (about 110 g)
1/2cup Lucky Charms marshmallows (about 25 g, picked out from the box)
8oz white chocolate almond bark (225 g, chopped, or white chocolate chips)
Instructions
1
Add the white chocolate to a large microwave safe bowl and heat for 1 minute. Stir, then continue heating in 20 second bursts until smooth and fully melted.
2
In a separate large bowl, add the Chex cereal, pretzels, Lucky Charms cereal, and about half of the M&M’s. Give it a quick toss to mix everything up.
3
Pour the melted chocolate over the cereal mixture and gently stir until everything looks evenly coated and glossy.
4
Spread the mixture out onto a parchment lined baking sheet in a single, even layer.
5
Sprinkle the remaining M&M’s and the marshmallows over the top while the chocolate is still soft.
6
Let it sit at room temperature for about 1 hour, or until the chocolate is set. Break into pieces and serve.
