These warm, buttery honey baked ham sliders are an easy way to use leftover honey roasted ham, especially the day after Easter. The sweet rolls stay soft, the cheese melts into a glossy layer and the mustard butter glaze adds rich flavour. Everything bakes together in one pan for a quick lunch or simple family meal.

  • 12 Hawaiian sweet rolls, whole slab
  • 1 lb leftover honey baked ham, sliced
  • 1 lb Swiss cheese or preferred cheese, sliced
  • 1/2 cup salted butter
  • 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
  • 2 teaspoons poppy seeds
  • 2 teaspoons dried minced onions
  • 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon pepper

    Preheat the oven

    Heat the oven to 350 degrees. Line a baking dish with foil so the rolls lift out easily after baking. Lightly spray the foil with cooking spray to prevent sticking as the cheese melts.
